Elizabeth began her career building software, from web applications in Nairobi to engineering features at Spotify in Cairo, before discovering a passion for solving larger organizational and customer problems.
Today she leads product initiatives at Microsoft focused on permissions, governance, onboarding experiences, workflow automation, and platform modernization across Microsoft Graph and enterprise ecosystems.
She thrives on transforming messy, ambiguous processes into scalable systems that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency at enterprise scale.
Outside work, she's an adventurer at heart. Traveling across continents, hiking new trails, discovering cultures, and planning the next expedition.

- Mapped end-to-end workflows across engineering, operations, and stakeholder teams

Permissions lacked complete metadata and governance visibility, creating compliance gaps across 1,200+ permissions.
What I Did
- Led cross-functional modernization coordinating multiple engineering teams
- Integrated RBAC, RSC, and token-based authorization models
- Introduced scalable governance practices across the ecosystem
- Defined the product roadmap and drove quarterly OKRs to closure
- Established a metadata schema and review process for new permissions
- Drove stakeholder alignment across security, compliance, and platform teams

- Program-managed migration of 158 workloads to new review process
- Led weekly governance reviews and dependency tracking
- Coordinated stakeholders and tracked execution to completion
- Built the rollout plan, risk register, and communication cadence
- Created self-serve documentation and onboarding to drive tool adoption
- Defined KPIs and reported progress to leadership through dashboards
